Practising being here and now can many times be a challenge. We tend to worry, think, overthink… We forget to enjoy and we are not aware that only now is what we’ve got.
I tend to realise that as many times as possible during the day. And I do that by concentrating on my breath. I just gently close my eyes and i become aware of breathing in and out.
Then I open my eyes and focus on what I see. On where I am and what I do. And then I think of people, things and events I am grateful for. And that fills my heart with love and pleasure.
