How do we listen to ourselves? How do we follow our hearts? Is it easy or very demanding and challenging?
In the stressful everyday life when we see and analyze whatever comes in our way, we so many times forget what is really important and really matters. If we decide- day by day that we will follow our thoughts, our body messages and our true feelings, then things can change… Stress becomes unimportant as we never put too much on our shoulders and we can live our days with more comfort and ease. How to do it?
Write a few positive affirmations on your phone and repeat them in a park with your eyes closed, instead of an unimportant coffee with somebody who will eat your energy away. Let’s start with: Life is always here for me. I can handle every situation. only good comes into may life…. add your own, the postiive thoughts which are important and meaningful to you.
Surround yourself with the people who support you, who make you laugh, who see you nice and important. If it is not possible, become your best friend and treat yourself as you would your best friend.
Let go of the past, don’t let it define you, if it was unpleasant. Be your strong true self who knows what and how to do things. Just imagine white energy on the top of your head and imagine it coming into you and gently washing away that which no longer serves you… Do it often, you will feeel lighter and happier.
Put on relaxing music, ask for what you want and imagine-visualize yourself already now on how you want it to be…
