We wish you a Wonderful Holiday Time, Merry Christmas and a New Year full of Love, Gratitude, Happiness and good Health.

Many times we set goals in the time when the year is approaching to its end. This is good. I think the goals should be made in that way that they suport us; it is good they are ambitous and that we have big dreams. I think they should as well be realistic in that sense, that they don’t bring us down, if we don’t reach them.
Perhaps it would be good for us to set goals of our spiritual path in 2015: meditation once a day, walking in the nature twice a week, helping older people once a month, read 10 new books, love myself more, look myself more often in the mirror and say I love you, forgive the ones who hurt me, go to massage once a month, go to the energy therapist once a month…
These are only a few ideas. I think all real change happens in us, and of we are happy then we do things that make us happy, we eat healthy food and we keep the company of the people who support us.
